You can also go to hair places were the wigs are and they have a lot of hair regiments. they are cheap and work really well my mom has tried it...

Massage your scalp well when shampooing your hair. That will stimulate your scalp and will help it grow. :)

Onion shampoo, you can make it at home with a shampoo you dont use at home. Minced onions are to be put into the shampoo. Mix it up and let it stand for 15 days. In the meantime make the hair rinse Rosemary water for the next 15 days. It helps out a ton.

Nothing you put ON your hair is going to help you. your hair grows from within so therefore whatever you put into your body reflects how your body is going to turn out. so if all you do is eat junk food and foods that arent good for you then you may see your hair have a lack in growth. the best thing for any girl to do is stop listening and wasting money on all these bazzar "hair treatments" and get yourself on track to being healthy from the outside to within. trust me you are what you eat. and coconut oil will not help.. :/

Oils actually do help. But don't brush hair wet and don't over wash it.

Oils help your hair stay strong and healthy. but its not going to cause any instant growth.. I do coconut oil treatments often to help the look of my hair. in that case yes they do help :)

Not true on the eating part. Not all the time will you have to eat healthy to grow hair. I changed my guy friends routine of junk food for healthy and his hair barely even grew. I've even fed him things that make hair shinier and note he dyes his hair only with semi permanent colors. Its the matter of taking the time to rub the scalp with the items you use. Onion shampoo has so many things in thats why you must massage it in when washing your hair. It may not work off the top like it did for me but its worth a shot. Also, take folic acid. Biotin does not always work. Keep your ends trimmed. Although hair is dead the moment it hits the surface of the scalp, you obviously don't need me to tell you that. But I will say not all home remedies I use work on others hair. The birth control shampoo is cause of hormones. My mother uses it due to thinning of her hair (note shes almost 52) I use onion shampoo with some purple in it due to my blonde hair. My friend uses rosemary water and folic acid. Look up some remedies at home. /: but yeah I'm not trying to say not to eat healthy its just that not all the time does it help. Also even if your hair is short, try tying it up.

I've been using lee Stafford does your hair only grow to a certain length (I think it's called that) conditioning treatment and I actually noticed a difference after the first tub I used. He also does the shampoo and conditioner as well. :)
