I love my Remington Pearl straightener. I've had it for 2 years and it works great. I got mine at WalMart. I've seen Ulta sell them, too. I think mine was $30. You can curl your hair with it, too.

Megan: Thanks, I'm ganna look into it & read reviews on it, which one from Remington go you have? Does it heat up fast & does it have specific temp or just high & low?
Brooke: Yeah I guess your right but all straighteners aren't the same, like the plates & sometimes certain straighteners aren't the greatest quality. Thanks for writing though!
Crystal: My old one was Revlon so maybe I should buy another one, does it heat up fast & up to what temp does it go up to?

Please do not use remmington they are horrible and quit working!! I buy ALL of my stuff at Sallys Beauty Suppy! I have the falt iron called One N' Only Argan infused flat iron it comes with a sample of the argan oil itself and I promise you will fall in love! I bought a bottle of the argan oil treatment it came with and I have never been happier with my hair the flat iron rocks and so does the sample it comes with!

Yeah I just have a revlon 1" straightener,except mine is purple lol. It was cheap, I can curl my hair with it, it heats up fast...pretty great all around.

I've got the ghd and they are magic I've had mine for at least 5 years now and it's still as good as it was when I bought it! They are amazing you pay a bit more for them but they are by far the best :)

KALLY: Do you get the Argon Oil always or was it just an advertisement they had going at the time? How much was it? ALSO does it have specific heat settings or just the high low thing? I don't like those /:

Well I got mine on sale at sallys. Its not amazing like these other ones but for 20 can you really beat the price? Plus I got a small one cause my hair has smaller parts that I dont need a huge straightener for. But ask the ladies at sallys they can help you :)

I have a Chi and I absolutely LOVE it! They are rather pricey, but if you keep your eyes open, you can get one for a good price at Ulta. I've also heard a lot of people say they like the Hot Tools flat irons. Both are reliable brands, so you should be fine with whichever one you choose!

No I got it at Norris (a beauty wholesaler in Perth) but I'd say be careful with buying on eBay or anything like that, make sure you read lots of reviews and everything about where you are getting it from before you buy! :)

I have a her styler and it's amazing it heats up in about 30 seconds and I've had it since I was 16 I'm 20 and it still works as great as it did when I first got it! Happy hunting :))

My hair is so crazy frizzy and huge, and I love my bio ionic one pass straightener. They're a little bit pricey, but it works so good. You literally only have to do one pass over your sections of hair. I have the 1".

Yess I do girl! nd I tjink you should buy a straighter that is cerimac (however you spell it) nd when you are looking for one also buy heat protected!! :)
