I don't have to use a wand it is user but you could use your hair straightener you could take it on and out it on an angle and turn it once it should work

I think Wands are hard to use. A regular curling iron, with a 1" or greater barrel also creates the same effect! Def YouTube that curling gone wrong video--I laughed for days about that lol

Take a regular curling iron you don't use often and unscrew the clamp. Now you have a free curling wand!

This may sound really weird, but I actually use my hair straightner. It's easy and you can control how big the curls are everytime, without having to buy different size curlers! Just take a section of your hair and wrap it in a circular shape (like the shape it would be in if it was wrapped around a curling wand). Then simply adjust the size of the circle depending of the size of the spiral you want and clamp it between the two irons of your straightener and hold for around 10 seconds.

Remington curling wand. Watch a YouTube video if your having trouble figuring out how to use it. Once you know how the curls come out beautiful and last until I wash my hair.
