The new whisper lipsticks by Maybelline are really soft and they have pretty colors. I use "coral ambition"

I think try a sugar scrub first and a really good moisturizing balm for a couple of days

Put a generous amount of carmax on your lips at night and in the morning your your finger as a brush with warm water and dry skin comes off and leaves your lips super soft. I use this every night because I use some sort of lip product everyday..whether it be a tinted lip balm, lip stain or lipstick. trust me it makes your product on your lips look so smooth((:
