I have been wanting to get a green liquid eyeliner for a while but I am having trouble finding one that I am willing to pay for. I have looked at Urban Decays but that is more than I am wanting to pay and Too Faced is sold out of green (they are having a sale so it was more reasonable). Does anyone have any suggestions? More towards bright than dark. It must be cruelty-free, and preferably vegan friendly. Thanks.

I don't know if it's cruelty-free and vegan friendly, but Sephora has a green liquid eyeliner in their Sephora+Pantone Universe collection. NYX might have one, as well, but I'm not 100% certain on that.

Thanks. I think I am going to try the NYX, all the Sephora (at least in price range), were darker than I would like.

I'm sure ELF has a green liquid eyeliner, and it's really cheap too.

I know they have a cream one, I don't remember a liquid. I know their cream was pretty dark though.

The NYX one is called extreme green, and ELF does also have the liquid liner in green--but it might be too dark, from what it seems. Hard Candy also has a glittery green liquid, but it might have been LE...? I know it's sold on Amazon, though. Starry also has a really pretty green, too. The issue with it is that it's gel. You might also want to see Wet 'and' Wild's Turquoise liquid liner. Dunno if it's the shade you're quite looking for, but it's very bright and looks more green than blue when I wear it. Another liner to try that I just found when I was looking for you is: Jordana Semi-Permanent Liquid Eyeliner 03 Timeless Green.
