There's a certain deodorant made for the dark under arms, I prefer the one from Dove.
As far as the skin, you can either look up a sugar scrub OR what I do before applying lipstick is wet my lips and wipe them on a dry towel. It usually works for me but you can also use a clean mascara wand (like the ones you use to test at the makeup stores)

Your dark underarms this is what I used for mines and it did the trick! Lemon, , just apply it morning and night for a couple weeks and it goes away.

I have the same trouble with under arms I have started waxing becasue they say shaving only get the hair from the top of the skin where as waxing gets them from underneath and slowly the growth will stop. xxx

I agree w Erica. dove. that's your answer! it has worked wonders on me and I shave. if you get waxed eventually it'll reduce the darkness under your arms because your hair follicle is actually going to be small, and is the blunt cut against the hairs underneath the skin thqt give it that dark color. so definitely try dove, if that doesn't work try getting waxed if your up for some pain and eventually you'll barely grow any hair on your under arms period.

Also, if you exfoliate both your underarms and your lips, it should help with both.
