@Bethany I heard Rimmel had a good one.My friend said she had a bad day and was crying and when she looked in the mirror she laughed because her liner was still perfect lol I said shoot I have to try it..but for now I use Sephora water proof gel liner which is wonderful.

Maybellines is extremly cheap, longlasting, and honestly a lot blacker than macs, and a lot of other high end companys.

We have a drugstore brand called you.m.a. and they have the blackest and smoothest gel liner I've ever seen. once that dried it stays on and on. :D.

I got a sample from Ulta brand eyeliner that came in a set and I used it for a play I was in to do this and as you can see, it worked really well! It's thick and looks bold (: [I'm a bird, Gertrude McFuzz for a Dr Seuss Show (: ]
