Eye makeup for dark lips?

It's well known that if you wear dark in the eyes and dark lips it can look a little bit too much... Any eye makeup to pull it off?

If you go with a neutral eye then it would prob look better then dark eye make up.

Yeah. Probably, a gold or light taupe on the lid, with heavy chestnut crease maybe? Did that for NYE, with Nyx's Alabama...

If you go with a dark lip then what I would do is a neutral eye shadow with black gel eyeliner and wing it out
