Dip your nails in extra virgin olive oil for about 2 minutes and dry them off. you'll ser results really soon! it works.

I think my nails grow really fast I always make sure that: I have them painted (or at least with a top coat) because they do chip easily when they are not; when I take my nail polish off I put olive oil on my nails and I let them sit for a while before I repaint them.
