It would be easier to offer advice if you had a more well-lit less grainy photo. In that photo, looks fine to me, maybe some blush and highlighting your brows.

Just play with make up. Go to youtube and watch tutorials on contouring, eyeshadows and things like that. Foundation Primer and eyeshadow primer help a lot!
