I use Skin79 setting powder but I also use CG's Pressed Powder. Either one works. :) sorry I can't help with foundation, I only use bb cream.

Laura Mercier has great matte foundation, as well was MUFE has theirs called Matte Velvet. I think that Lancôme's Double Wear is pretty much matte. Setting powders, my top three would be MUFE HD powder, MAC's Prep & Prime setting powder, and Nars Light-Reflecting setting powder. (Of course these are all translucent, I believe they are the best, true "setting powders") but if you need something for a darker toned skin, you should look into Ben Nye's Banana powder.

Do not buy maybelline dream matte mousse if your skin is dry, it completely dried my skin out! And I'm usually oily.. Horrible product in my opinion, in terms of powders try body shop, I have a great powder that gives a flawless finish. Or maybe bare minerals? Personally haven't tried them yet but I hear great things.

I have reeeeally oily skin, and plus it can dry out easily, so I use bare minerals matte and I lovelovelove it. It gets rid of much oil and doesn't dry me out.

Tarte Smooth Operator. I love it because it doesn't have a flashback. If you need a matte foundation because your skin is oily, use Milk of Magnesia for a primer and it'll keep your foundation there all day.
