How do I get the copper tone out of my hair??
It's miserable and so ugly. I like more of a whiter blonde. I recently had my hair colored an all over blonde and it just looks gross to me. I've used purple shampoo so much. It's not orange.. just very brassy. :/
Secondly... I have some pale golden blonde hair extensions from hello gorgeous.
These are definitely way too yellow for my hair.
Anyone from experience know what I can do to make these go more of a white/platinum blonde??
Thanks!!
I have a big event going on Friday night.
I used to wear brown extensions that matched my underneath brown hair, but now I am clueless & NEED my extensions. ;)

Also forgot to add when she did my hair she bleached my brown underneath... colored on top of my previously blonde hair. and then added blonde highlights. MY ROOTS ARE ORANGE but my top part is more ash.

Definitely go to ulta or sally's and purchase a good purple shampoo. From ulta I used the Bleach Blondes Purple Shampoo which was only $12. Be careful though, the cheaper the shampoo and more likely it is to leave pinkish tones in your hair. I only briefly washed mine with a mixture of purple shampoo and my regular shampoo when I wash my hair, then I went back in with just regular shampoo to make sure there was no pinkish-purple tones left over. Do NOT over use purple shampoo, you hair will not turn white, it will turn gray. It's all about evening it out slowly. Also, try FUDGE purple shampoo which you can purchase online, or Clairol Shimmer Lights from Sallys (: I've gone through so much with my bleach blonde hair, I'm happy to help!

My hair was the same , I mixed a tiny bit of violet hair dye in with some conditioner to make a lilac color and left on for 45 minutes.

Go to your stylist and use a blue toner, blue removes orange! Purple removes yellow! It's it's that brassy, purple shampoo is not going to cut it! You need it to toned, and then you maintain with the shampoo!

Try using purple shampoo's like the one from LUSH is meant to be good:) and a toner of course:) I'm not blonde but I know the purple shampoos do get rid of the yellow colours. And a really cheap one is Pro-Voke, Touch of silver. I'll send you a link:)..http://www.amazon.co.uk/Touch-Of-Silver-Weekly-Treatment/dp/B003AYCGGY/ref=sr_1_1?s=drugstore&ie=UTF8&qid=1362077430&sr=1-1.

Do not use a toner. I got one at sallys & it turned my hair grey. destroyed it in the process too. avoid it at all costs.

I use L'Oréal Professionnel Série Expert Silver Shampoo , I wash my hair daily and use this 4 days a week and use normal shampoo the rest of the time so I don't over do it but it has kept my hair a light even blond :)
