So I had a perm back in like 8th grade and loved it.I want one now but I'm scared to death it will fry my hair. Is there a perm out there that won't fry my hairr? Suggestions please ladies!

Only get a perm by a PROFESSIONAL who specializes in them. Your hair must be of good quality to avoid the damaged look. (Ie no bleach) If you spend the money on the perm , do the same and purchase salon quality shampoo & products. Remaking a curl pattern takes work! Be kind to you hair.

NO CHEMICALS OUT OF BOXES. Spend the money the first time , instead of countless pennies getting it fixed.

I would look into American Wave its the "safest" perm so to speak... I've been wanting to do it but it cost $200+and read reviews on it and was skeptical of the outcome saw before and after pics.. But you can research which salon near you does this and have a consultation to get the most info on it personally!
