I don't think they look overplucked but I do agree that they lack shape. they don't in any way look horrible! like you said, you're used to doing them yourself and having them be much thicker. it's probably a shock to see them any other way. you could try filling them in a bit to alter their shape and if you decide to go back to the same person who did them, make you sure you tell her exactly what you want:-)

I think they look great! I used to have long hair before I got a bob, and when I first saw it, I thought it looked terrible! But now that I'm used to it, it looks great!
