I love Chatterbox from MAC. Its an amplified creme lipstick so I wouldn't call it 100% matte, but it isn't shimmery or glittery. I'm sure they have one that's even more matte than it, MAC has a lot of shades and options for finishes. But Chatterbox has become my go to lipstick. I love it so much I wear it almost every day now where as before I never wore lipstick.

Ah, I didn't see "hot pink" lol. So Chatterbox may not be exactly what you're looking for. It is a bright pink though. But not hot pink and not super bright so that may not be what you're looking for. Its lighter than the picture they have on their site. I've noticed they're usually shown darker online. Baolishi lipstick in 6. I don't know where you live but its amazing. its a hot pink color but the camera would pick it up. :P it was only a dollar and its sooo pigmented and stays on for a long time. amazing.!!

Lime crime's suede berry!! It is amazing, it goes on as a liquid but dries completely matte and literally lasts all day long!!
