Hey! I am on a swim team and have been having problems lately with dry skin and dry, frizzy hair. Does anyone have any advice or products they use to combat this problem? I am mostly concerned about my hair because I think I have found a pretty good moisturizer for my skin. thanks!

Get a clarifying shampoo and use it once a week or so, it will take out the chemicals from the pool. don't over use it though bc it will strip your hair. use a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner. its a 10 and kenra and joico have very good moisturizing products. you can purchase them at a salon. joico also has a clarifying shampoo.

Check out SwimSpray at www.SwimSpray.com
It's a vitamin C spray that washes all of the chlorine away from hair and skin. Getting rid of the chlorine prevents the chlorine damage.
