My hair has a lot of split ends. I don't straighten it as much. What can help it get healthy.

Try using a hair moisturising treatment, it's like a deep condition treatment and they often come in round tubs, I'm from London and I use Lee Stafford's treatment when my hair is looking a bit dry and split endy! It works the same way as a conditioner but you leave it in longer, like a mask.

I use the split end mender and its amazing. I'm sure their other products in this line are just as good. They have an instant repair treatment, which is what you probably need

Do you by any chance have hard water at your house? I do and that kills my hair! You have to use a clarifying shampoo once a month to get all the build up off! xx

All of these products will only temporarily seal the split: it's a cosmetic fix. The only way to really correct split ends is to cut them out.

Get the ends trimmed off, I know it is sad, but it helps. Then start there, and get extra moisture shampoo and conditioner. Take. Shower everyday, and condition twice!

I have the same issue sometimes. I trim mine often, deep condition about once a month. you don't want to use a deep conditioner too often because it can make your hair brittle if used too frequently..or so I've been told. I also use a leave in conditioner, and argan oil before I blowdry and straighten my hair. also let your hair air dry as often as possible. that helps significantly.

You should trim your hair and buy shampoo that has keratin in it, it helps your hair get stronger :)

Also try taking multivitiamins, most of us don't realize but we really don't get enough vitamins in our day to day diet, I started taking them a while ago and they really made an improvement.. and I straighten mine 5 out of 7 days a week =]
