People say bio oil helps although I never say an improvement. You can buy silicone patches at your drugstore to help. How old are the scars though? Most creams or treatments like that won't work well if they're old. I would ask your doctor to send you to a dermatologist and see what they offer.

Don't put tan on over scars, seriously, I have the same problem and they actually come up darker than the rest of my wrist. I know everyone is different but for me it makes them more noticeable.
