So I go to this camp for a week every summer,
Canoe boats being tipped,
Chlorine water,
Lots of sweaty messy sports,
And the shaving cream fight.
Having to wash my long hair each night (I usually wash twice a week) dries out my tresses as it is, but the shaving cream makes my hair feel like dry straw! The boys seek out girls with hair pinned up and no amount of begging will stop them from destroying my precious locks. Is there anyway to stop it from completely drying out?

Use leave in conditioner and it will keep it pretty moist.

You have no choice but to rinse it out. You should try coconut oil to keep it moisturized. Pretty much almost anytype of oil.

I would slather conditioner through it, and leave it down. You're going to be covered in crap, anyway, so you won't look too silly.
