I don't normally say this when people are asking how to cover something up, because I know how it feels to have things on your face you don't want others to see, but in this case I'd really advise not putting anything until the rash clears up. It could really make the rash worse or get it infected to put any makeup on top of it, and that could bring a lot more problems.

That is true the best thing to do is let it breath, BUT if you feel as though you must cover it (I have facial eczema) wash your face, moisturize (if you don't do the first two steps you're screwed), then apply either tinted moisturizer (my fave is NARS), BB cream (my fave is Rimmel London), or foundation (my fave is Maybelline "Fit Me"). I hope your rash gets better soon! :)

Trust me I know exactly what you're going through, I suffer from a lot of rashes. Don't put anything on it. Ice it a few times a day, take cool showers and just do anything you can to not irritate it until it goes away.

Do you know what the rash is from? If it's something you've never had before maybe get it checked out by a doctor or nurse, just to be safe. Hope it clears up for you!
