I'm living in Dominican Republic, and I want bangs, but everyone tell that is to hot here for bangs. Help me!

In a hot environment, I wouldn't suggest it. Side bangs can be faked, by parting your hair on the side and pulling a piece to sweep over your forehead and pinning it under your hair, though. Full bangs are hard to handle in high heat, so I'd skip that.

I live in Israel and have bangs, I just wear a simple black headband when it's hot.. I hope I helped you somehow ;-)

I'd say opt for longer bangs so you can pin or push back ( as suggested above) on those really hot daya.
