Here goes:)
1.reduce heat treatments.
2..avoid bleaching as it really damages:(
3. Have a hot oil massage every week, it stimulates hair follicles.
4. switch to coconut hair oil which is very
good for hair growth
5. Switch to herbal shampoos and conditioners
6. follow a healthy diet containing vit A and Vit be complex (especially biotin)

I use coconut oil...slightly warm it for the massage... you can trim if you get split ends...
