Good Inexpensive Brushes

I am looking for pro makeup brushes but arent expensive, my limit is $40 for a set and I'm looking for one with a fluffy blending brush too and if you know any good makeup websites like bhcomestics.com and stuff like that please tell me I want to compare the products so please ladies I need good cheap brushes!! I bought some from ebay (32) came in a pouch but after I cleaned them a few times they shed A LOT now please help!!

Quo have sets that usually start at 50.00 but they include all the brushes you would need! they come on good sales too! just got a set for $25 and I love them
