Eat foods that boost your metabolism and try to stay away from junk foods. This will burn calories. Don't forget to drink water! Hope I helped.

If you want to lose weight, you need to get your body moving. That's just how it works. Yes, you can start by eating healthier meals, but you'll need to get exercise too. Even if its for a few minutes a day. Not only will you lose weight, but you'll be healthier.

I agree with Stephanie. Dieting along is not healthy at all. The healthiest way to loose weight is to be active. Maybe you need to try something fun like a fitness class. Try Zumba. For instance, just dancing and still burning a lot of calories

I dnt reallly gt tym fr exercise... I have just gt married and am screwed because of my in laws and am nt workin nw so am a housewife for the time being... bt ill try to do few exercise... and thanks evryone

You can just sit around and expect to lose weight. That's not going to happen. No pill, diet drink or food is going to make you lose weight.

You WILL lose weight without exercise if you cut ALL sugar & carbs- and I mean all!! It's called a Ketone diet...google it. Guaranteed 7 pounds in 7 days :)

You don't need to take any supplements or anything. Just cut all carbs and sugar. No bread, rice, potatos, sugar...check all ingredient lists- you'd be shocked at what they put sugar in!! Good luck!

I disagree. Exercise is an important part of losing weight. An I don't agree with cutting carbs. If you do that you will be hungry all the time. Saying you don't have time for exercise is a terrible excuse, usually everyone has time for it they just won't make time. If you have time to go on this app and post stuff...you have time for some exercise. Diet an exercise go and in hand. If you just diet you set yourself up for failure.

1st...diet is 80% of losing weight. If you eat healthy (no need for pills, etc) and exercise you will drop the pounds. And I hate "gym exercise" so I have started yoga (vinyasa/power) and I'm IN LOVE. I get a FULL BODY workout while being engaged and having fun. It's not some "run on the treadmill for how much longer?!" Workouts. Like, an hour an a half goes by in what seems like 40 minutes for me! I'm obsessed! So find your nearest yoga and Pilates studio, eat healthy, and you will lose your weight. Good luck!!

And in addition, I have pretty bad fibromyalgia and working out is a pain for me...but I'm always excited to work out and it doesn't make me feel so bad like regular workouts do...I can actually get up the next morning!!

I agree with Julie W - cutting out sugar has made a huge difference for me. It's really hard for a couple of weeks as it gets out your system then gets much easier. Your taste buds will adapt to enjoying natural sweetness in fruits much more. Eat plenty of veggies and protein, drink loads of water and try to get enough sleep. Best of luck :-)

Excercise is important to a healthy lifestyle, but I lost 28 lbs 2 years ago by cutting my portions way back, cut out sweets (other than my 1 12 oz regular soda per day) & replaced the other sodas I was drinking (had been 4/5 cans per day) with lemon/cucumber water. I do feel & look much better!

Eating habits are a big key and I hate exercising too! But I find walking or my fav is playing the kinect😍😍😍 your having fun you forget your even working out.

Crash dieting will not be useful. you will lose the weight but it will pile right back on after your crash diet is over. you need to eat right and create a healthy daily meal plan. since you are a housewife you are more than able to fit some exercises in your daily routine. I work full time, model, and I'm a make-up artist. I'm quite busy everyday but I still manage to go to the gym and stay in shape. its mind over matter, once you have the drive to get back in shape, you will.

You can lose weight by going to a beauty salon that offers this service that you stand on a board for ten minutes which is the equvalent of one hour in the gym. you should look for the service at your local salons and places like that! :)
