I have dark auborn hair. alabaster skin and blue eyes. I love so many of the looks on here but I can't seem to pull any of them off.

What sort of looks do you like? I reckon you could definitely pull off a goldy brown smokey eye with a warm apricot or bronze blush and warm lips. This would really bring out your lovely blue eyes and match your skin tone. Try some out and post them :-)

Try keeping your eye colors close to your lash line.

Usually when it comes to people with an extremely fair tone they have just a hard time seeing themselves with color up to the brow.

Start out by keeping the more dramatic colors closer to the lash line and as you get more comfortable with the look bring it up and out.

You sound a lot like me. Check your undertone. if your veins look green, you are warm. If they look blue, you are cool... and if you are both... you are neutral. Blue eyes, if you are a cool tone, try taupes for your eyes. If you are warm, try bronzes... and if you are neutral, go both! For lips, try to go for something that is either SO bold that it's obvious it isn't natural, or a nude color. Don't waste time on baby pinks. They'll look silly.

Thanks girls for the help. I'm 41 and have 4 kids. I forgot how to put make-up on like I used to. how do I do my eyeliner? I always just line along the lashes.
