I use Clinique and Pur and they're not super expensive and they last for a long time. Go for stuff that will last long and has more for your money. With Pur ou don't need to buy everything individually you can buy it in packs and the Clinique eyeliner I use is quicklimer for eyes and it's only 15 dollars.

My feeling is that it dosent matter so long as you prep the skin and apply it properly with good qaulity brushes. this is true for what I use anyway. I mainly use loreal maybelline ect but I like estee lauder and clinique.
