A healthy diet is critical and drinking plenty of water and taking multi vitamins.. Not washing your hair everyday and when you comb it after washing it make sure to use a wide tooth comb and gently comb out starting from the bottom up.. I know 100% org coconut oil helps rejuvenate it and massage your head with this on.. Don't use many hot tools on it and if you have to then use a heat protectant spray before applying heat.. And another thing don't cut many layers if you have thin hair, it will just make it look sparse at the ends if your looking for great length! Good luck!:)
