Alright, so I am thinking I should get a hair change. Always being on here is giving me ideas. The ombre looks nice but too mainstream, blonde in my black hair is alright, but the bright and bold color are just calling my name. Problem is that I do not know how to get it done. Highlights? Lowlights? Underneath? Possibly an ombre look? I just need a little help before I make a big decision. Feel free to post pics of different styles of getting my hair done. I don't want to go full on color, but maybe a little hint of color. Please and thanks ~ xox

I know you said the ombre look is mainstream, but have you ever seen a pink or lavender ombre? Its gorgeous and an ombre could work with any colors, not just pink or lavender. If you do want to do a drastic color change, I suggest you do it gradually. Looking at your pictures, I see you have dark hair. Bleaching your hair to go straight to a bright color might be a big mistake, as this will damage your hair. Go to your hairstylist and talk to her/him about your thoughts and plans. They could give you THE BEST advice. If you don't have a hairstylist, I recommend you go to one for this kind of task, because you don't want to irreparably damage your hair. Same goes if you just want streaks/highlights/lowlights in color, they still damage your hair.
