I have $25 worth of target credit and was thinking of going on an ELF spree. What do you lovely ladies recommend?

The ELF makeup brushes. There good quality for the price. I love using the ELF brushes when I was to do a really large, elaborate face makeup. The mineral brushes is where you should focus on. The pigments are good as well. I have a sea green/blue pigment and a gold one from ELF. I'd skip on the eyeliners, very hard and dry. Their bronzers are kind chalky and their blushes with sparkles are alright. Bottom line is, you get what you pay for. If you want to buy good quality makeup at target, you might have to spent a couple more bucks. The MILANI line is great! As is the covergirl! I've never been disappointed with their products yet. But if your still dead set on ELF, focus on the mineral brushes! (Sonia Keshic makes some better brushes though, they're sold at target as well)

Awesome thank you! I only stick to elf because its inexpensive and since I'm young I don't really feel the need for high end expensive makeup but thank you(:
