I hear about useing coffee ground for the spilt ends during shower. Rub it then rines also cut the ends each month regulary and for dry focus on your diet and try almond oil or argan oil both are great

I doubt coffee is going to do much. I recommend a really good hydrating masque. One and Only Organ oil has a good one. and possibly a reconstruction treatment or a treatment with protine. Ion has a good treatment and so does one and only argan oil. for your slip ends, you should get a trim every 4-6 weeks.
