Help! Skin Irratation!

I've been using clean and clears bursting bead face wash and I ran out so I bought cetaphil but its REALLY irritating the corners of my nose and it's red. I've moisturized but it doesn't help and I don't want to stop using the cream because I have HORRIBLE skin and two huge rockets on my chin! :(
