I wouldnt dye it. The dark color adds definition to your face... With red it would take away that definition and it would look more...sloppy. I love how you have it now!

I wouldnt dye your whole head I would do few highlights, not full highlights either just a couple you have a nice color so you don't want to much.

As other people said, I also think red would be nice, maye with a little dark in between? Which also makes your hair look more alive or how to say it =)
