Try noxzema blemish control daily scrub. It's like $5 at target. It's the only one that I found that helped me. Also witch hazel as a toner. It's cheap so you could use it all over.

I always liked stridex, which you can buy at Wal*Mart. It's a little pricey, but the wipes last for forever! Plus, there's always a coupon in the box after you buy it. And there's three types to choose from, I've always bought the maximum strength that is extremely acidic but it works really well.
