Gentle massaging of the skin around the eye (emphasis on the 'gentle' lol). Those rollerball things are quite good (such as the Garnier ones - I don't know about the content but the actual rollerball is good for massaging). Most of the time, the puffiness is caused by fluid retention, so massaging helps to move the fluid out of the tissue.
