I saw the commercials for Garnier Fructis Fall control and Pantene fall control. I haven't tried it, but it might wash the oils without making thin hair fall.

Do you condition every day also? Conditioner has lots of oils and if you use it to often it will make your hair like an oil slick. I only condition every 3 days.

After I comment on something I feel like nobody else comments on it. Do I just blow their minds or something? Lol.

If you take the time to wait it out your scalp will adjust and produce less oil. It's the same principle as using a to soapy cleanser on your face, the more dry you make your skin the more oil it will produce.
It will take a little bit, but if you hang in there your skin will adjust to less washing, realize its less dry than it is when you wash it every day, and produce less oil.
That being said, if you've always been washing your hair every day and have no complaints then why change the routine?

Batiste is he best!! Get the xxl volume can it gives you longer between washing! But also it gives you great volume and its easier to manage too (for me anyway) also I use it Inbetween colours so my roots don't look too dark!!

Also I have to say check what's in your products.. And if you're using cheap shampoo and conditioner, the reason being that your hair is so oily is because your hair/scalp are producing those oils because your hair is so dried out from you washing it so its goin to try to over compensate for what oils you lost. That being said, I would really try to not wash your hair more than three times a week, invest in good products from a salon or salon brand- with good ingredients, and find other things that will help absorb the oil instead of strip it out of your hair. Baby powder and dry shampoo or other powdered based products.

I use oribe dry texturizing spray on my roots and get at least one day more out of my hair before I have to wash if again. Oscar Blondi also makes a good dry shampoo.

I know it's going to be hard to do but you have to stop washing your hair everyday. Your oil glands are over producing because you're stripping your hair of the natural oils by shampooing. Try using a sulfate free shampoo and don't wash your hair for a couple days. in between your shampoo spray dry shampoo on to your scalp and style as usual!! In a couple of weeks your oil glands should be retrained not to mass produce excess oil.

I have very fine hair as well and had to wash it every day since the roots would be very oily. I now use the Batiste dry shampoo and can go up to 4 days without washing it now. My hair has adjusted to this now and is no longer oily the second day and is a lot healthier now.
