Does anyone know how to get rid of hormonal acne!? I have been taking hormonal birth control and so now I'm breaking out. any remedies to treat it?

Birth control usually helps hormonal acne, it shouldn't make it worse. But usually lifestyle changes will help if the acne is caused by a hormonal imbalance. Getting more sleep, eating healthier - cutting out dairy, decreasing stress, exercise.
