What products are you willing to really splurge on and what do you prefer to be cost effective with?

I go cheap on mascara, splurge on skincare and its a mix when it comes to cosmetics.

I actually can save on moisturizer as I found one that works well for me and is cheap, I also save on primer by using one by Hard Candy. I splurge on foundation but my biggest reason for that is that I cannot find one pale enough at a drugstore price. Other than that what I buy really just depends on how much I like the colors.
