None of these oils and butters penetrate down to the dermis layer of your skin, meaning nothing but genetics can stop stretch marks :S.

Lemon Juice or Vitamin E oil.

Stretch marks can fade, but they don't (except for procedures in a doctor's office) disappear. You earned those stripes, wear'em with pride! Pretty much every gal has stretch marks, most have cellulite too.

I hate them though. I'm self conscious about them.

Don't be self-conscious everybody has them. Even men get them just accept them I still have mine from puberty. I don't think they ever go away honestly.

If you get a tan - I know fake tabs work but not sure about tanning beds or tans from being outside- but I know for a fact if you can find a spray tab person who won't paint you orange then it will help cover your stretch marks. If you decide to go some tan artists might have a colour close to your natural one.

I use both cocoa butter (Palmers firming lotion) and bio oil - they do fade but you have to use it everyday! Takes a little while but it does work so don't give up even after a few weeks :)

I use 100% Aloe Vera gel! It has not got rid of them but definitely made a huge difference. I have only been using it for about 3 months and have great results. I apply it to my whole body to achieve an even and healthy skin tone.
