Redness around the nose.!! :(

Every morning I wake up and have blotchy red pimply spots all over the edges of my
Nose. I don't know if its pimples or acne or eczema. But I really want to cover it up. I don't own foundation, BB Cream or concealer. I'm not allowed to wear any of those. So what can I do?! Any ideas or thoughts? Does this happen to you?!
