I thoink bold colours are good.I am brown so I need bold colours too.but if you dnt like bold just go for a soft colour but that can stand out.colours like pink green blue are good hope this helped.

I'm quite tan and like to use bold colours and naturals such as gold. here's a tip, use an angled liner brush to put a bold colour just on your last line :)
