I would say a black pencil skirt and a cute top. The color mint is in right now. Or you could wear a pink or red top with it with some cute heels. :)

I reckon nice curls or a nice updo would be nice with a smokey eye and bold lipstick for that extra oomph but its up to you I guess.

For clothing,, mint/coral pink and white is on trend for spring so that would be a good choice.. Black is never out of trend ;)
