What do you do your eyeshadow before or after foundation.

That depends on the shade of eyeshadow for myself. If it's darker I usually do my foundation after so I can wipe away the pigments that have fallen under my eye. Same goes for any glitter eyeshadow look I do. Otherwise you just end up having to do everything under your eye all over again!

After, I always do my foundation and concealer first with some translucent, then all eye makeup, the blush and bronzer. Lol I'm weird I just realized..

I've just started doing it before because I find that it gives me the best and most flawless finish with my dark circles and foundation/concealer in general.
