Contouring deep set eyes?

Hello everyone! I am fairly new to the world of make up and am finding eye makeup tricky with my features! I have deep set eyes with a prominant browbone (see profile pic). Any suggestions for eye make up or contouring? I heard placing a mid-neutral colour on the browbone can help recesse it... thanks everyone!
