Liquid...its easier to manipulate and it doesn't fall off as easily as powder.

Depends.. what type of coverage would fit your needs?? Powder foundation without something to stick to like primer, bb cream, or liquid foundation-otherwise it doesn't stay on long or have good coverage, and powder foundation works best to set liquid foundation. You can use a bb cream or tinted moisturizer for a foundation too, the coverage just isn't as full. There are also some other foundations in between liquid&powder like the dream matte mousse by maybeline (I love this stuff) it's really creamy and dries to almost a powdery matte finish but isn't wet like liquid- another is the dream matte foam and this comes out just like foam but then goes on your face as a liquid- and not everyone likes these! I don't like the foam but it works really good for my best friend who wears it everyday, so this is really all based on what you like/want/need & what works on your skin! Hope this helps!!
