Mary luminizer is a highlighter... not that you can't use products for different things than their intended purpose, but it isn't an eyeshadow.
and lola I dont know what you mean wet and wild will make a mess but I dont have that problem ever.

People are saying the naked palette, but you can go to walmart and find a nice netrual eye look for like 5 dollars. I use maybellines light shimmery brown.

Naked pallets are the best Urban Decay has a nice pallet && too faced Natural Eye is awesome does to love love love them!! Revlon also has a good nude pallet as well!! Hopes this helps(: XOXOXO.

Also if you do purchase a lose powdered pigment I either pat the brush a bit or pat it lightly on my eyelid then blend it in as much as possible (:
