Lush's dark angels is honestly the best thing I've ever used. Not only is it a great exfoliator, but it also controls oil really well. Make sure to use it in the shower, its rather messy.

St Ives apricot or any other natural scrubs supposedly cause tiny microscopic tears in your skin because its not round, just crushed up material. My dermatologist told me to only scrub a few times a week with a man made exfoliant...so the little scrubbers are round and don't cause tears...makes sense if you think about it...I can tell the difference since I switched...less redness...still feels just as smooth:)
