Do not use main and tail. it does get your hair longer, but not by much and it just totally drys your hair out. take nail and hair vitamins and your hair should grow!

Take vitamins and try to avoid useing a lot of heat! Once a mouth trim your split ends and also they have " hair pills " there a bit expensive but my cuzin used them and within two mouths it grew 3 inches!!

Yes massage castor oil and also try Coconut oil and massage, it will stimulate the scalp as well and promote blood flow to the scalp..
