Makeup foundation and concealer cannot find a store to match me!

I really hope you can give me some foundation brands that has a very wide range of colors. I'm 1/4 Korean so my skin tone is a bit blotchy between pink and yellow undertone, plus my skin is very fair. Any time I've gone to makeup stores to be color matched their lightest tone is ALWAYS too dark for me. I really must have concealer as well because I get very bright red acne and I can never find one that covers well enough. It's so frustrating! I've tried multiple green pigmented primers for my spots but they just don't cover well still. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Do you have any brands in mind? Thank you so much for your time, I'm also sending a picture of my full make up and in it my face looks so much darker to my neck and chest even though I apply the same colors to it as my face :/

Are you looking for a higher end or drug store? If suggest urban decay naked or loreal true match for a drug store brand...I have pretty fair skin too and those have worked for me.

Your skin looks pretty I don't see splotchy.. But you can look into shiseido made more for Asian skin I believe and also check into sephora, they have a wide range of make up lines that may work for you... You can always ask for samples of them before buying it.

I think my main issue is my face is much yellower than the rest of my body. My neck and chest are very pink.

Awe thank you Jess that really does help a lot I appreciate it! But with the tinted primer does it set off fee color from the rest of the body or is it not dramatic enough to notice? And thank you about my eyes sometimes a really hate them because they have so many different pigments its hard to find eyeshadow to bring out the colors more.
