There is no way to heal, repair or mend split ends, the only way you can get rid of them is by trimming, and you have to do it quick before the split goes all the way to the root. Products that claim to mend split ends are lying, what they do is disguise the problem with a special conditioner that makes the split ends 'stick' together without actually healing them. Once you get a trim, use hydrating and repairing products to prevent split ends, pro naturals argan oil is great at this and makes your hair stronger, I use it all the time.

You need to cut them. And you need to lay off the straightening iron. It will kill your hair. You need to trim your hair at least every 3-4 months or the split ends just creep up and up so you have to lose more hair. My hair falls 2 inches below my bra strap and I get it cut every 3 months to keep it long and healthy.

You need to get a trim and try not to straighten a lot your hair that's the reason your hair is splitting. I also recommend you to try pro naturals moroccan argan oil which strengthens the hair and prevents new split ends. :)
