My boobs have been hurting for the past few months. They hurt badly when I touch them lightly and when I put on a bra and take it off. To make it worse, they have been getting red burning patches sometimes with little bumps; this started nearly 2 years ago. I've tried all sorts of medicated creams to help the patches which clear up sometimes but the pain is still there. I don't know what else to do. Any thoughts?

Doctor asap. I had a similar situation last year...just minus the bumps. Felt like my breasts were on fire everytime I moved or touched them. Come to find out I had tiny cysts thru-out my breast tissue. They weren't cancerous but after a few months the pain went away. Cystic breast tissue is a pain in the rear. When you see the doc I hope he/she puts in orders for a mammogram just to be on the safe side. I had a mammogram done along with an MRI (I carry the gene hence all the tests).
